Midway Motors is seeking a talented Service Advisor to join our team. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment, and we are committed to providing the highest quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Writing up repair orders and communicating with customers about their vehicle’s needs
- Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Providing accurate and timely estimates of repair costs
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a service advisor is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use software for estimating and invoicing
